Brompton-on-Swale Village Society
About Brompton‑on‑Swale Village Society
Brompton‑on‑Swale Village Society is a registered charity, established on 15 August 1980, and dedicated to supporting and enriching life within our village community.
Our Purpose
Our charitable objectives are at the heart of everything we do:
To promote the wellbeing of all residents of Brompton‑on‑Swale and the surrounding area—regardless of gender, political view, religion, or background—by working in partnership with local authorities, community groups, and volunteers.
To advance education and provide facilities that support recreation, leisure, and social welfare, improving the quality of life for everyone in our village.
To establish, maintain, and manage village facilities, including the Village Hall and the Community Sports Hall, ensuring they remain vibrant spaces for activities, events, and community development.
We are a non‑profit organisation, run entirely by volunteers who generously give their time and energy to help make Brompton‑on‑Swale an active, welcoming, and well‑supported community.
